Dear Mr. McVay;

Our department has been requested by the law firm of J. Milavetiz and Associates to provide a letter of status to prospective employers, for their client, Paige K. Nienaber.

As of this writing, Mr. Nienaber has fulfilled both his financial and time obligations to the State of Minnesota. His supervisor’s reports from the halfway house have all been deemed adequate, and except for random substance screenings and continued meetings with his court appointed therapist, he is no longer considered a threat to the citizens of this state.

(Exceptions to this include Proximity Limits that apply to his residence being within 100 yards of a school or daycare facility (see appendix B, heretofore known as “The Lederhosen Incident”) and cemeteries, funeral homes or mortuaries (see appendix D2, heretofore known as “The Shovel Incident”).

At this time, Mr. Nienaber is allowed to return to his employment with CPR, a firm that he heads up and promotionally consults, advises and corrupts over 100 radio stations across the US, Canada, the Caribbean and the UK. His website www.cpr-promotions.com is now working again, but its content will be closely monitored by staff from my department.

His previous work record (KGON/Portland, WLOL/Minneapolis, Kiss 102/Charlotte, Wild 94.9/San Francisco) has been followed up on and is deemed to be accurate, with the subject holding various positions in those stations’ Promotions Departments. His trademarked intellectual property, coincidentally named “The Fugitive”© is again available to radio stations. And his return to writing the daily Promotions/Marketing column for the All Access website has been greenlighted, though, again, his internet usage will be scrutinized and tracked for the next 5-7 years.

Any questions or concerns regarding Mr. Nienaber can be addressed to his caseworker in Washington County, Mr. Richmond Crinkley.

Best regards,

Bertrum Harvey
Minnesota State Dept. of Correction
