McVay Media announces the addition of Management Consultant Stephen Trivers to the McVay Media Advisors Alliance. Trivers will provide management consultation to clients of McVay Media.
McVay Media President, Mike McVay, announced today that the company is associating itself with management consultant Stephen Trivers. Trivers, formerly a partner in and General Manager of Fairfield Broadcasting in Western Michigan, recently launched Stephen C. Trivers LLC, a business consulting firm specializing in management guidance, sales training and personal coaching.
Trivers said, “Fairfield Broadcasting enjoyed a long and very beneficial relationship with Mike McVay consulting our FM Adult Contemporary and with his associate, Holland Cooke, who worked with us on our three News/Talk and Sports AM stations. We always received helpful, practical, profit-building advice, excellent service, and top notch follow through. We were constantly impressed with the caliber of Mike’s personnel and with the professionalism that permeated his entire organization. I am very excited to associate Stephen C. Trivers, LLC with Mike and his outstanding team.”
Mike McVay said, “Stephen was an excellent operator when he and partner Bill Wertz ran Fairfield Broadcasting. He gave us all the tools we needed to win and he still ran a profitable business. He’s a consummate professional and a wonderful human being. I look forward to recommending Stephen to those clients who need management and financial coaching.”
McVay continued, “The McVay Media Advisors Alliance was created to bring together like-minded consultants who can work in unison to improve our clients radio properties. These people work in tandem with McVay Media, while retaining their own businesses. We’re fortunate to have great people in the Alliance like Country specialists Jaye Albright and Chuck Stevens, Promotion Consultant Doug Harris, Urban specialist Harry Lyles, News/Talk specialist Holland Cooke, Sales Consultant Dennis Best and Sports/News/Talk specialist Jim Glass.”
